Happy Body Club: Kids Yoga & Healthy Snack Prep Series II
(Mondays 4:15-5:15 November 3-November 24)
Ages 4-8, one hour, $60 for the series
This one-hour calm-down class begins with a 20-minute kid-friendly yoga and meditation session taught by certified yoga instructor Marisol DiFrancesco followed by a nourishing, nutrient-dense snack that kids make themselves.

Happy Plate Club: Leap&Lunch Series II
(Tuesdays 11:45-12:45 November 4-November 25)
Ages 3-6, $60 for the series
Join us with your little one for this fun series! Your little chef will delight in the weekly theme that we will celebrate with music and movement...songs, instruments and dancing abound! They will follow up all of the fun with instruction on how to make a healthy, nutrient-packed lunch all by themselves.
#1-Orange Songs and an orange food celebration featuring orange quesadilla, carrots with an orange hummus dip and orange slices
#2-Songs about Bugs with creepy crawly foods including ladybug cracker sandwiches and fruit butterflies
#3-Cold weather songs followed by warm alphabet veggie soup and fresh fruit
#4-Songs of Thanks followed by a Thanksgiving mini feast: veggie-ful stuffing, protein-powered mashed potatoes and fresh fruit
Happy Plate Club: Kids Bento Box Prep
(Tuesdays 3:45-4:45, November 4-November 25)
Ages 5 and up, $60 for the series, $75 for the series and a Bento box
Kid chefs will prepare a well-rounded, nutrient-dense school lunch for the following day that is also tons of fun. Each week will feature a theme that is brought to life in their Bento box. Bring your own two-compartment Bento each week (also available for purchase with registration) and get creative with imaginative and delicious food art.

(Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 November 4-November 25)
Ages 8-13, $60 for the Series
Kid chefs take over their favorite course during this one-hour cooking instruction. This weekly class will include tasty treats made with healthy secret ingredients and free of processed sugars!
