On April 7th my wife (Kerissa), son (Griffin) and I visited your shop for lunch on the recommendation of a co-worker. It was my son’s 2nd birthday. He had a good time and thoroughly enjoyed his ice cream & serenade. His mother had recently taught him “thumbs up” which he used most appropriately before devouring his ice cream. I though you folks would enjoy the picture as it summarized how much we enjoyed our visit.

| It was a treat for all of us to meet you on Saturday night at the Pop Shop. It's not every day that my son (or any of us!) get to meet someone we've rooted for on TV! I wanted to thank you for taking my son back in to the kitchen to see the action and to meet your husband...I think Charlie has a better appreciation (if only how hot it can get!) for getting dinner on the table :-)
Here's a picture of our Avocado Pancake Sandwich-loving daughter Rebecca. We affectionately call her Frenchy, but no one outside her family would know that, and we cannot tell you how it came to be that she should have a Grease-inspired moniker.
If you ever (and I find it hard to imagine!) decide to make a sandwich of such craziness (and nothing makes me happier than creating a new and fabulous sandwich -- ask my mom or my husband Rick!)....feel free to use her picture and her first name or nickname...and she's 5-1/2 years old.
I also sent you cookies -- they should arrive today! If my son is going to talk about my chocolate chip cookies like that, I felt compelled to send some along....I hope you all enjoy them.
