The Pop Shop’s moderately-priced menu offers a quirky collection of modern American comfort foods. Besides all-day breakfasts, build-your-own burgers, and more than 30 different grilled cheese sandwiches, the menu features hot and cold sandwiches, appetizers, great salads, vegetarian and vegan items, blue plate specials, ice cream treats, real milk shakes, and specialty fountain beverages.
While customers of all ages cite the eclectic menu as a key reason for choosing The Pop Shop, they find the prices appealing as well. Carefully considered price points combined with a large selection offer value to the cost conscious and choice to those with an appetite for something different.

Highlights include:
Breakfast: Breakfast is served all day. Like pancakes? We call them "Betty's" and The Pop Shop serves a dozen varieties of our 100%-made-from-scratch pancakes. They'll be the best in South Jersey. You'll also love the stuffed brioche French toast, bagel and smoked salmon platters, gorgeous omelettes, egg sandwiches, and custom-topped waffles, too.
Burgers: You know you're dying for a juicy Pop Shop burger! A large variety of toppings, sauces, and other fixins' will be offered so you can create your own specialty burger. Vegetarian burgers also available.
Salads: The Pop Shop salads rule! Sample our "Big Salads" plus our signature homemade salad dressings.
Grilled Cheese: We love grilled cheese! The menu boasts over 30 varieties of gourmet grilled cheese. Each grilled cheese is named after a street in Collingswood. Tomato soup - the classic accompaniment - is always on the menu! Our grilled cheese was featured on "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" on The Food Network!! French Fries: They're handcut and they're spectacular. And we serve them in so many ways... spicy fries, Maryland fries, wet fries with gravy, pizza fries, Whiz fries - too many to list!
Ice Cream: The Pop Shop proudly serves hand-dipped Bassetts ice cream. Malts and milk shakes are mixed to order in the style of an old-time soda fountain. Sundaes are creative and served with flair. We also now have soft serve ice cream!
Soda Fountain Drinks: You'll find real cherry and chocolate cokes, NY egg cream and other old-time soda fountain drinks on our extensive soda fountain menu. Make your own or choose a staff favorite!
Vegetarian Selections: The Pop Shop offers vegetarian burgers, vegan sandwiches, Gimme Lean sausage and turkey bacon, veggie dogs, soy ice cream and soy milkshakes!!

Our New Menu is Here!
Our new menus have arrived and on them you'll find oodles of new and unique dishes. New grilled cheeses, melts, burger platters, and lots of new breakfast goodies including the ooey gooey warm cinnamon bun, a basket of muffin tops (why bother with the bottoms?), breakfast smoothies, and a decadent steak and eggs platter. Here's a sample...
Walking in Memphis Omelet: BBQ pulled pork with caramelized onions and cheddar cheese
Cajun Benedict: Poached eggs, andouille sausage over our big biscuit with Cajun hollandaise sauce
Bananas Foster Waffle: Hot Belgian waffle with sautéed bananas, walnuts and spices topped with warm caramel drizzle and whipped cream
Fried Calamari: Sweet and crunchy with rémoulade sauce and homemade ketchup for dipping
BBQ Sliders: Three baby pulled pork slider sandwiches with BBQ sauce and an onion ring
Steak Salad: Seasoned cuts of beef, tomatoes, blue cheese, mixed field greens, romaine lettuce and our balsamic vinaigrette
Shrimp Po Boy: Fried shrimp, shredded lettuce, pickles, and Creole rémoulade on baguette
Cuban Grill: Smoked pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on baguette
Frazer Grilled Cheese: Pepper jack cheese, Monterey jack, grilled chicken breast, chipolte mayo, spicy jalapeño and onion mix on sourdough
Fried Chicken and Waffles: Seasoned fried chicken fingers over a hot Belgian waffle with hot pepper honey dipping sauce. You gotta try it! We've also added five new burger platters including:
Biloxi Blue Crab Burger: Cajun blackened burger with seasoned crabmeat, blue and parmesan cheeses served with Louisiana fries and rémoulade sauce
Mushroom Swiss Burger: Miles of sautéed mushrooms, melted Swiss, and A-I Steak sauce on focaccia
Inferno Burger: Jack cheese, our onion and fried jalapeno mix, chipotle mayo, green tomatilla sauce on hamburger bun
